October 01 A glorious day to rememberHaven't blogged for ages.. For those my faithful blog subscribers, don't blame me for being lazy...
I got to start blogging again today in this mugging season coz it's a special and glorious day to celebrate and remember.
It's the 58th birthday of my great motherland.
I have been apart from her for quite a long time already, but I promise no matter where I was, where I am and where I will be, I will always love her.
May the People's Republic of China enjoy prosperity and the entire Chinese people enjoy peaceful, ever prosperous and happy life.

Over the past 57 years, China has gone through tremendous changes and tests, transforming the nation once under large-scale and widespread poverty to a relatively well-off one. May 01 Our trip to the zooThx for the comments left by my dear sister and brothers. I do appreciate them.
It's time to report to you guys where we had been hidden these days.
We four girls went to the CAPE MAY COUNTY PARK & Zoo this afternoon and we cooked our supper together tonight. I have both good news and bad news to bring to you guys.
GOOD NEWS FIRST:
American zoos differ a lot from Chinese ones. The admission of the zoo we visited today was FREE! It is the generous donations from the people of CAPE MAY COUNTY PARK and all the visitors which allow them to maintain the level of excellence in every area of the zoo and help to keep it FREE! There are three parks in the CAPE MAY COUNTY PARK System. The Cameron Wildlife Sanctuary, the Cape May County park and Zoo and County Park South in Del Haven. We reached the zoo too late to visit them all. Fortunately we did take lots of nice pcitures of heron, snowy owl,ocelot, parrots,camels,giant anteater, pronghorn, Emu,and of course lions and leopards. It was a good feeling to walk through the zoo by the long wooden bridges with several rays of sunshine came through the space between the leaves of trees and the sea wind blowing softly on our faces. The only thing I want to do most at that time was to lay down on the lawn and watch the flowing clouds in the sky but unluckily it was just too shiny.
We cooked our supper tonight, simple food but really yummy. Sitting around the small table and watching spiderman II together, isn't there a more cozy feeling than that? BTW, forget to mention our most distingusished chefs and assistant-- Lavinia, Meng and Weiwei. Finally I learned how to cook tomatoes with scrambled eggs. Thx,dear! BAD NEWS LAST:
I dropped my camera today. FUJIFILM F460, the present from my parents before I left for Singapore one year ago and now it even doesn't work. Feeling quite sad. It seems that I'm too careless that I always lost the things I care most. But anyway I am still able to upload the pictures taken in the zoo. Enjoy!

April 30 The official opening of CL's spaceDear friends,
Actually, I had been thinking of launching my personal blog for quite a long time but didn't really have a good chance to do so. (Nice excuse for being lazy?)
Alright.Now it's a good time to start anyway. I want to use this tiny space to record this summer spent at Wildwood in New Jersey and my digital camera to capture our shining and moving moments in our lives. I wish the experiences this summer will be fantastic and fabulous so that in at least 30 years' time, those memories will be as lively as things that took place yesterday and I will cherish them from the bottom of my heart for my whole life.
There are so many things I want to try, so many foods I would like to taste,so many books I hope to read and of course -----so many places I wish to go. But life is just too short. It's just like a blink in eye, a glimpse in sudden or a meeting by chance. Once missed, it will be never be caught again.
I love what Rabindranath Tagore says " Let life be beautiful like summer flowers and death like autumn leaves" and that's where the Chinese name of my blog comes from.
